Pricing FAQ

Can we switch engagement models later?

Yes. The most common path is Consulting → Project → Subscription, or Freemium → Subscription. Revenue-share can convert to Subscription with a transparent migration. We write the conversion terms in the original order form.

How is the AI Hub priced?

AI Hub is included in Subscription and Revenue-share at the standard tier. On Hybrid, base usage is free and inference volume is billed per-1000 calls. Project and Consulting engagements can include AI Hub at a fixed fee or carve it out entirely.

Do you offer revenue-share on every deal?

No — revenue-share is best when we're confident we can move the needle on margin or volume, and when you want upside-aligned pricing. Typical ranges are 1–3% of affected revenue or a fixed amount per transaction (e.g. per BL).

What compliance standards do you support?

ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 (Type II in progress), and CIS controls. Full evidence packs available under NDA for Enterprise and Revenue-share customers.

How fast can we go live?

Freemium: minutes. Subscription: 4–8 weeks depending on integrations. Project: scoped engagement, typically 10–26 weeks. Revenue-share: 6–12 weeks including joint planning.

Can we self-host or use our own cloud?

Yes — private cloud and on-prem are supported under Project and Revenue-share models, with BYOC (AWS, Azure, GCP) on Subscription at the Enterprise tier.

Do you offer multi-year discounts?

Subscription: up to 18% for three-year commits. Hybrid: up to 12%. Consulting: block-hour discounts. Revenue-share uses KPI-linked step-downs instead of flat discounts.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You own your data. We export in standard formats (Parquet, CSV, JSON) on 30 days' notice for Subscription and Hybrid, and on project close-out for Project engagements. No exit fees.
