Yes. The most common path is Consulting → Project → Subscription, or Freemium → Subscription. Revenue-share can convert to Subscription with a transparent migration. We write the conversion terms in the original order form.
AI Hub is included in Subscription and Revenue-share at the standard tier. On Hybrid, base usage is free and inference volume is billed per-1000 calls. Project and Consulting engagements can include AI Hub at a fixed fee or carve it out entirely.
No — revenue-share is best when we're confident we can move the needle on margin or volume, and when you want upside-aligned pricing. Typical ranges are 1–3% of affected revenue or a fixed amount per transaction (e.g. per BL).

Yes — private cloud and on-prem are supported under Project and Revenue-share models, with BYOC (AWS, Azure, GCP) on Subscription at the Enterprise tier.
Subscription: up to 18% for three-year commits. Hybrid: up to 12%. Consulting: block-hour discounts. Revenue-share uses KPI-linked step-downs instead of flat discounts.
You own your data. We export in standard formats (Parquet, CSV, JSON) on 30 days' notice for Subscription and Hybrid, and on project close-out for Project engagements. No exit fees.
